Design (Experiment)
This is the most practical step – solutions are designed, developed and staged for testing.
Here is where all of your planning takes on real form with content strategy, information architecture, writing, and design. This in-progress version can be easily tested and revised to refine and determine when you are ready to launch.

Test and Measure
Test fully, but as quickly as possible. Make sure you take good notes and make recordings.
